1. Billing term

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance with a 12-month minimum term and renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Early termination

On early termination, unused full months are refunded pro-rata, less hardware at list price and any setup costs.

3. Hardware

Hardware is a one-time purchase with a one-year warranty that includes replacement and in-city labour. Once installed, hardware is non-refundable except for defects.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot be waived under applicable Saudi law.
