1. Who we are

This website and the SaudiConnect fleet-management platform are operated by SaudiConnect ("we", "us"). For any privacy matter, contact us at sales@saudiconnect.sa.

2. Data we collect

Website visitors: the details you submit through our contact and demo forms (name, company, work email, phone number, fleet size, industry, message) and technical logs (IP address, browser user agent).

Platform users: account data (name, email, role) and the workspace operational data our customers enter into the platform (vehicles, drivers, trips, telematics, and video where enabled). For platform data, our customer is the data controller and we act as its processor under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to respond to enquiries and arrange demos (consent / pre-contractual steps); to provide, support and secure the service (performance of contract); for billing and tax invoicing (legal obligation); and to protect the service against abuse (legitimate interest as permitted by PDPL).

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: the authentication session for signed-in users and your language preference. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this website. See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with sub-processors needed to run the service — hosting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, email delivery, and SMS/connectivity providers — under contracts no less protective than this policy, or where the law requires disclosure.

6. Data residency and transfers

Customer data is hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any cross-border transfer will comply with PDPL transfer rules and, where required, your consent.

7. Retention

Lead enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after last contact. Platform operational data is retained per the customer's plan retention settings and the statutory retention of tax and financial records. Backups roll off on a fixed schedule.

8. Your rights

Under PDPL you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Write to sales@saudiconnect.sa; we respond within the statutory period. You may also complain to the competent authority (SDAIA).

9. Security

We protect personal data with workspace isolation, encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logging, and multi-factor authentication for administrative access.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post updates to this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified.
